By accessing the Fancy Net Studio website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other store policies.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, embroidery, embellishments, fabrics, and other details accurately.
However, slight differences may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, handcrafted work, fabric characteristics, or customization.
Customized Articles
Fancy Net Studio offers customized and stitched articles.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Measurements
- Design requirements
- Size information
- Customization instructions
Once production or customization has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customized articles generally require approximately 2 weeks of preparation time before dispatch.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website may change from time to time. The applicable price is generally the price displayed when the customer places the order, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the customer's location.
Orders
Fancy Net Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, inability to fulfill an order, or other legitimate business reasons.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Fancy Net Studio's branding, photographs, graphics, website content, designs, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Fancy Net Studio and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fancy Net Studio will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs delays, or incorrect information supplied by customers.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
